As a manufacturer of quality display cases and refrigeration systems, Hussmann Corporation needed to make a big splash and drive significant traffic to their booth at the biennial Food Marketing Institute (FMI) trade show – the largest food retailer show in the country.
E-Merge took on the challenge with a comprehensive and strategic integrated marketing program. It started with a postcard mailer to each attendee. Included on the postcard was the URL to a personalized landing page for that attendee where they could set up one-on-one meetings with Hussmann representatives. Within the page, attendees could not only set up a meeting but could also enter their phone number to receive text messages about Hussmann special events – such as exclusive dinner parties and cocktail receptions – during the show.
E-Merge also created a tablet app for the show with specific marketing information, animations, and videos that corresponded to each area of the massive Hussmann booth space at the show.
