With 74 locations in six states, convenience store company MotoMart looked to E-Merge for an integrated marketing campaign that promoted their Magic Wand Card loyalty program and increased traffic to its c-stores. E-Merge created a fun, quick read MotoMart website and email campaign that drew visitors to the site featuring in-store specials, the latest winning lottery numbers, and information on signing up for the MotoMart Magic Wand Card.
At the pump and in the store, customers could engage while waiting for gas tanks to fill or while shopping by scanning a QR code to enter monthly contests for $100 gift cards or other prizes. Additionally, customers could opt-in to email marketing messages, special deals for Magic Wand Card users, or links to printable coupons on the MotoMart website.
With just two promotions, E-Merge was able to reach MotoMart’s goal of increasing the conversion of online card requests to enrollment by 50 percent.
